Summer Fun
A friend of mine asked me to make a confirmation card for a boy who has golf and fishing as his hobbies. I decided to stick with the golf theme (I absolutely love playing it!) and found a cute digi stamp called Golfing Bear from our sponsor QKR Stampede to use on my creation. Coloring done with ProMarkers.
Designer paper is a digital one from Rachel Dickson. For embellishments I used card candies and a flower with a small white button.

Ystäväni pyysi minua tekemään rippikortin pojalle, jonka harrastuksia ovat golf ja kalastus. Noista päädyin valitsemaan golfteeman, johon löysin sponsoriltamme QKR Stampedelta suloisen digileiman nimeltään Golfing Bear. Väritykset tuttuun tapaan promarkereilla.
Kuviopaperi on Rachel Dicksonin digipaperi. Koristeiksi korttiin päätyi muutamia card candyja sekä kukkanen kera pienen valkoisen napin.

The card is a pocket with a die-cut window (die: Marianne Design) in front. The tag is actually a real golf score card (backside of it) and I attached it to a lime green card stock and put a die-cut frame (die: Nellie Snellen) for greetings. The sentiment "On a confirmation day" is in Finnish and stamped with bamboo leaves Memento.
Tein kortista taskumallisen ja etuosaan stanssasin Marianne Designen stanssilla koristeellisen ikkunan. Tagi on itse asiassa oikea golftuloskortti (sen 'nurja' puoli), jonka kiinnitin limenvihreään kartonkiin ja lisäsin Nellie Snellenin stanssilla stanssatun kehyksen onnitteluja varten. Tagin alta löytyvä Rippipäivänä-teksti on FinnStamperin ja leimasin sen kohokuviopintaiselle helmiäiskartongille bamboo leaves -sävyisellä Mementon musteella.
