Äitienpäivään on vielä aikaa, mutta tämä suloinen Penny Blackin leimakuva tuntui haluavan itsensä juuri äitienpäiväkortin tähdeksi, joten päätin siitä sellaisen sitten tehdä. Kuvan väritin sekalaisilla markereilla (listattuna kuvan yllä) ja värimaailman valitsin sopimaan Crystal Davisin ruusukuvioiseen digikuviopaperiin. Leimakuvan ruusuihin lisäsin vielä Stickelsin purple-sävyistä kimalleliimaa. Teksti löytyi valmiiksi tulostettujen tekstien joukosta ja fontin väri siinä violettisävyinen, joten jatkoi samaa värimaailmaa muiden osasten kanssa. Koristeet kuvan alla leikkasin brändittömällä stanssilla kierrätetystä puurohiutalepakkauksesta. Kortin koristuksena tällä kertaa nappeja ja muutama puolihelmi.
Cute stamped Penny Black image is colored with markers (listed over the image) and I chose the color scheme to match with the rose patterned designer paper (digital one from Crystal Davis). On the image I added some purple Stickles on the roses. Sentiment is from my pile of pre-printed sentiments, wishing "Happy Mother's Day" and the color of the font is purple so also it is following the same color scheme. Die cut decorations are cut with an unbranded die out of a recycled oat meal box and I decided to add some buttons and flat-back pearls for embellishments.
