Joulukorttilinjalla mennään ja tällä kertaa hieman "perinteisestä joulusta" poikkeavalla tyylillä. Stampotiquen hauskan kolmikon leimasin vaaleanharmaalle kartongille, jonka leikkasin Spellbindersin ympyrästanssilla ja kiinnitin samaisen valmistajan stanssilla leikattuun tummemman harmaaseen piparireunakehykseen. Ylälaitaa koristaa Nellie Snellenin stanssilla leikattu tähtiboordi, johon lisäsin blingblingiä tuomaan pätkän kimallenauhaa (uusi ostos). Taustan kuviopaperi on digipaperi ja valmistaja Adriana's Cafe.
En löytänyt leimoistani mieleistä jouluntoivotusta ja en myöskään halunnut tehdä tekstiä tietokoneella, joten päädyin tekemään tekstinkäsittelyohjelmalla pelkät erilliset kirjaimet, jotka tulostamisen jälkeen leikkasin tavallisella paperirei'ittimellä, kiinnitin korttiin ja väritin kortin värimaailmaan sopiviksi promarkereilla. Kolmikon hampaat 'valkaisin' Sakuran valkoisella gelly roll -kynällä. Tonttulakit leikkasin saksilla kuviopaperin ylijäämäsuikaleesta ja tähdet ovat boordista leikkaantuneita.
Christmas cards don't have to be all red and green with Santas and Christmas trees. I stamped a hilarious trio (stamp from Stampotique) on a light grey card stock and cut it with a Spellbinders circle die. Also the darker frame is cut with a matching scalloped edged circle die from the same manufacturer. Upper part of the card is decorated with a star border (cut with a Nellie Snellen die) and to have some bling on my creation I added a strip of glitter ribbon (new purchase) along with the border. Stripey designer paper is a digital one from Adriana's Cafe.
I couldn't find a sentiment stamp that would fit my card and I also did not wanna make the sentiment on computer so I decided to make separate letters (with MS Word) - saying "Christmas joy!" - and after printing I cut them with just a plain hole paper punch. Once the letters were cut I attached them on the card and colored with promarkers to match the color scheme of the card. Trio got their teeth 'whitened' with a white Sakura gelly roll pen. Hats are cut with scissors from a leftover piece of the designer paper and stars are off-cuts from the border.
