Askartelutaivaan joulukorttihaasteessa teemana on tällä kertaa vastavärit. Punainen ja vihreä olisivat olleet se helpoin vaihtoehto joulukorttiin, mutta päätin kokeilla hieman erikoisempaa sävymaailmaa ja valitsin oman väkerrykseni väreiksi pinkin ja oliivinvihreän.
Suloisen hiiripariskunnan nappasin sekalaisesta saatujen leimakuvien laatikosta (kiitos Sinulle, joka olet sen minulle joskus antanut). Väritykset kuvaan pastellikynillä, levitykset pellavaöljyllä ja loppusilaus Sticklesin glam pink -sävyisellä kimalleliimalla. Kehyksen kuva sai stanssatusta (molemmat stanssit Nellie Snellenin) oliivinvihreästä kartongista.
Kuviopaperi on Far Far Hill 'n digipaperi. Ihanat stanssatut lapaset tulivat Grannen laittamien joulumateriaalien mukana (kiitos Granne!), sujautin ne "roikkumaan" pilkulliseen nauhaan ja kiinnitin korttiin omatekoisilla 3d-palasilla. Oikean ylänurkan murattiköynnös (stanssi: Marianne Design) kiinnitetty myös korttiin pienillä 3d-palasilla. Loppusilauksena kortti sai vielä pinkkejä (2 mm), omenanvihreitä (2 mm) ja metsänvihreitä akryylijalokiviä (4 mm).

I made a Christmas card with non-traditional Christmas colors. Image is colored with pastels, blended with linseed oil and for finishing touch I added some glam pink Stickles. Designer paper is a digital one from Far Far Hill. A die-cut frame (die: Nellie Snellen), die-cut mittens (don't know their brand because I don't have that die), die-cut ivy corner (die: Marianne Design) and for finishing touch pink (size 2 mm), apple green (2 mm) and forest green (4 mm) rhinestones.
