GDT for The Crazy Challenge

I was asked to be a GDT for this week's challenge at The Crazy Challenge with the theme Men only. The sponsor for this week is Digi Doodle and we got some nice digistamps to play with.

Minua pyydettiin vierailevaksi tähdeksi tämän viikon haasteeseen The Crazy Challenge -sivustolle. Viikon teemana on miehisyys ja sponsorina toimiva Digi Doodle antoi meille muutamia digileimoja käytettäväksi.

First of all I created the background by stamping circles (stamp: 7gypsies) with black VersaFine and adding some Distress Ink (shade broken china) to the paper. After some drying I stamped some flowery patterns to go around the paper with broken china and also put more color on the edges. Here is the background and also a closer look of the pattern.

Ensimmäiseksi tein taustan, johon leimailin ympyröitä (leimasin: 7 gypsies) mustalla VersaFinella ja käsittelin paperin kauttaaltaan broken china -sävyisellä Distress Inkillä. Annoin musteiden hetken kuivahtaa ja sitten leimailin broken chinalla kivoja kukkakuoseja kehystämään korttia ja lisäsin väriä myös reunoille. Tässäpäs kuva taustasta kera hieman lähemmän otoksen, jossa näkyy tuo kukkakuosi paremmin.

I colored the pic with watercolor pencils. The paper under it and under the letters has been shaded with mustard seed Distress Ink. The ribbon was originally baby mais (light yellow) and I gave it some extra color with mustard seed. Golden card candies work just perfect with these colors. Some mint green punchinella to the corners and two burgundy pearls to finish my Men only card.

Kuvan värittelin akvarellikynillä. Kuvan alla oleva paperi (ja kirjainten alla oleva) on sävytetty mustard seed Distress Inkillä. Nauha oli alunperin vaaleankeltainen ja sekin sai osakseen samaa sävyä. Kultaiset candyt sopivat värimaailmaan täydellisesti ja loppusilauksena tällä kertaa kulmiin mintunvihreää punchinellaa ja pari viininpunaista puolihelmeä kuvan nurkkiin.
