Toinen hiirulaiskortti

Innostuin tekemään vielä toisen version tästä edellisen postauksen kortistani - tai tämähän on lähes identtinen kortti, kun täysin samalla tapaa väritetyn leimakuvan pohjaksi päätyi samainen Cheerful Sketches 'in luonnos:

I got inspired to make a second version of this card from my previous post – or rather, it’s almost identical, as the stamped image was colored exactly the same way as in the first card, and I used the same Cheerful Sketches sketch as the base:

Myös tässä kortissa pienet kuviopaperit ovat silppulaatikon löytyjä - ja tarkkasilmäiset ehkä huomaavat, että vihreä kukkakuosinen paperi on ylijäämää edellisestä kortista, joten se päätyi heti hyötykäyttöön (leikkasin ympyräksi Spellbindersin stanssilla). Alimmaisena kortissa oleva pallokuosinen/pilkullinen paperi on Paper Pad 'in digipaperi. Tähän korttiin päädyin leikkamaan hiiri-leimakuvan (Penny Black) Crafts-Toon stanssilla. Teksti on tehty tietokoneella, tulostettu, leikattu kaarevaksi samaisella ympyrästanssilla kuin kukkapaperikin (vaatii siis kaksi leikkauskertaa - ensin teksti alapuolelta kaarevaksi ja sen jälkeen vielä yläpuolelta), päädyt leikattu Punch Bunchin lehtileikkurilla ja korttiin kiinnitys kotikutoisilla 3d-palasilla, jotta tekstin sai kohotettua hieman irti taustasta. Koristeina tässä kortissa vaaleanpunaiset ja -siniset card candyt.

In this card, the small patterned papers are also scraps from my stash – and eagle-eyed viewers might notice that the green floral paper is leftover from the previous card, so I put it to good use right away by cutting it into a circle with a Spellbinders die. The polka-dotted paper at the base of the card is a digital paper from a Paper Pad. For this card, I cut out the mouse stamped image (Penny Black) using a Crafts-Too die. The sentiment ("To a Friend"- in Finnish) was created on the computer, printed, and cut into a curved shape using the same circle die as the floral paper (this requires two cuts – first from the bottom to curve the text, then from the top). The ends were trimmed with a Punch Bunch leaf punch, and the sentiment was attached to the card with homemade 3d-pieces to lift it slightly off the background. For embellishments, this card features pink and light blue card candies.
