Joulukorttiringin kakkosmateriaaleista syntyi toinenkin kortti.
I was inspired by forest colors and made a simple Christmas card. Yes, it is a Christmas card, even though they aren't any Christmas elements to be seen. The sentiment is in Finnish; first telling about the magic of winter and frozen lakes, and then wishing "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year". I love this color scheme, just a bit unhappy it doesn't show up that well on computer screen.
Stamps are from Tim Holtz's Mini Blueprint -set, stamped with bamboo leaves Memento ink. Actually I don't have these stamps my own, I found the stamped images on the backside of a letter paper - the letter was from a crafting friend and she had used this "scrap" paper where she had probably just tested her new stamps on :)
To add a little bit more details I used 3D-pieces first to attach brown squares (die: Marianne Design) to the background and then white squares (die: Nellie Snellen) on top of them. For embellishments I used tiny (2 mm) apple green rhinestones.
